Quarterly Review

Many services wait until an inspection is either due or has been completed before seeking outside help, our service will aim to maintain or improve your current ratings. Our service will provide a regular, four times a year review with email and telephone support in the intervening periods. We will provide a quarterly on site audit or inspection in partnership with your service and tailored to its needs. Following completion a report will be available to the service within an agreed timescale.

We wil engage with you prior to any work commencing to ensure we have an agreed understanding of your needs and what we can deliver for you.

Engagement

We will engage with you and your staff throughout the process to ensure that there is a mutual understanding of the service and desired outcomes.

Delivery

We will deliver an in-depth report on the findings of our processes.
