Following an inspection you may wish to move your service to the next level for example from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’ or ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’. We will provide support to help with this process.
Post-inspection our first priority will be to complete a full assessment against the CQCs KLOEs or HIWs 3 themes by accessing the latest inspection reports. If not already in place, we will develop an action plan in partnership with your service managers. If already in place, we will review the plan with the aim of enabling your service to achieve continued improvement and transformation in order to not just achieve compliance but to also sustainably improve care.

We will engage with you prior to any work commencing to ensure we have an agreed understanding of your needs and what we can deliver for you.
Engagement
We will engage with you and your staff throughout the process to ensure that there is a mutual understanding of the service and desired outcomes.
Delivery
We will deliver an in-depth report on our findings of our processes.
