Before or following an inspection you may wish to move your service to the next level for example from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’ or ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’. You may also be in a place where you are considering whether your organisation is “going in the right direction” or needs an overall assessment of capability, if it is “fit for purpose” or indeed future proof. We will provide support and help with this process.
Alongside the issues of any Pre-inspection and Post-inspection, running your business on a day to day basis, is greater than delivering any action plans and KPI’s. We understand that service delivery in this day and age is more complex, challenging and demanding than ever before. To deliver in this environment needs a supported, sustainable workforce committed to both your organisation and the people you care for. You may have plans in place and we can help, working with you to review these plans in the wider organisational context with the aim of enabling your service to achieve continued improvement and sustainability.
Understanding
We will engage with you prior to any work commencing to ensure we have an agreed understanding of your needs and what we can deliver for you. We will undertake a range of confidential assessment exercises with yourself and others nominated by you so that we develop a mutual understanding of your organisational needs, and those of your teams and other individuals you feel are in need of further support.
Engagement
We will engage with you initially to understand where you feel we need to focus and mutually agree a development plan. We will be guided by you as to whom else we need to work with and your preferences and structure regular review and feedback sessions directly with you and where necessary your team.
Delivery
We will deliver a training and development plan, previously agreed and an in-depth report on our findings of our processes and summary at each review stage.
